摘要
目的 :探讨应用多排CT尿路成像(CTU)技术诊断肾输尿管畸形病变的临床效果。方法 :对2010年1月至2013年12月我院收治的43例肾输尿管畸形患者进行B超、IVU、CTU检查的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 :应用CTU技术对本组患者的病情进行定位诊断的符合率为97.7%,对其病情进行定性诊断的符合率为95.3%;应用B超技术对其病情进行定位诊断的符合率为46.5%,对其病情进行定性诊断的符合率为44.2%;应用IVU技术对其病情进行定位诊断符合率为79.1%,对其病情进行定性诊断的符合率为58.1%。与应用B超或IVU技术相比,应用CTU技术对本组患者的病情进行定位诊断和定性诊断的符合率较高,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :在诊断肾输尿管畸形病变方面,CTU能为临床医师提供更全面、更准确的数据,其临床应用价值较高,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective: To explore the clinical value of Multi-detector CT in the diagnosis of kidney ureter malformations. Methods: Clinical diagnostic information of 43 cases of patients with kidney ureter malformations diagnosed in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013 including ultrasound B, IVU and CTU were retrospectively analyzed to explore the clinical value of Multi-detector CT in the diagnosis of kidney ureter malformations. Results: The localization diagnosis coincidence rate(97.7%) and qualitative diagnosis coincidence rate(95.3%) of CTU were significantly higher than that of B ultrasonic(localization diagnosis coincidence rate: 46.5%, qualitative diagnosis coincidence rate 44.2%) and IVU(localization diagnosis coincidence rate: 79.1%, qualitative diagnosis coincidence rate 58.1%). Conclusion: In the diagnosis of kidney ureter malformations, CTU can provide more comprehensive and accurate clinical diagnostic information, which is worth popularizing in clinical diagnosis.
