摘要
全固态电池是以固态电解质取代传统液体有机电解质的大容量新一代电池,由于其能量密度高和使用寿命长而愈益引人注目。现研发前景较好并形成主流的为Lipon电解质和硫化物玻璃态等高导电率无机固态电解质。此外,在结晶质中,又开发了超过非结晶高离子导电性的Li_(3.25)Ge_(0.25)P_0.75S_4和Li_2S-P_2S_5固态电解质,已展示出世界最高的离子导电率(高达2.2~3.2×10^(-3)S/cm)。全固态Li电池,在高安全性、长寿命化的新能源汽车动力电池,高可靠性的智能电网蓄能电池,以及超微超薄、柔性电池等领域,具有明显的优越性。
All-solid battery is a new high-capacity battery in which traditional liquid organic electrolyte is replaced by solid electrolyte,being remarkable for its high energy density and long lifetime.It has a good research and development prospect and has developed some main inorganic solid electrolyte with high conductivity,such as Lipon electrolyte and glassy sulfides.Besides,among crystalline substances,S-solid electrolyte with the world highest ionic conductivity surpassing noncrystallization(up to 2.2 ~ 3.2S/cm).All-solid lithium battery has obvious superiority in the areas of new-energy EV traction battery with high security and long lifetime,smart grid thermal battery with high reliability,and ultra-thin and flexible battery.
