摘要
针对GB 50010—2010《混凝土结构设计规范》中"少筋混凝土"的概念,结合冶金行业中大量存在的大块式设备基础进行具体分析,首先尝试给出"次要构件"的界定;而后通过试算,给出"少筋混凝土"的适用条件;最后给出方便设计人员应用的"少筋混凝土"配筋表,以在满足结构安全需要的前提下,减少钢筋用量,降低工程成本。
According to the concept of“less reinforced concrete” put forward in Code for Design of Concrete Structures (2010 edition) , several common issues in the design of equipment foundation were analyzed in detail.Firstly, the concept of “subordinate member” was attempted to be defined based on the large block equipment foundations widely used in metallurgy industry. Secondly, the application condition of less reinforced concrete was given after calculations.Finally, the minimum steel ratio table of less reinforced concrete was provided to the designers to facilitate their calculations.On the premise of structural safety, the steel dosage and cost of the project could be reduced.
