摘要
介绍了渗碳齿轮盐浴分级淬火的机理及其优缺点,阐述和分析了盐浴温度、含水量、搅拌3种主要因素对盐浴介质冷却能力、渗碳齿轮畸变和组织性能的影响。并指出通过优化盐浴淬火工艺参数,结合渗碳齿轮具有的层状特性,采用盐浴分级淬火技术能有效控制齿轮畸变,获得较好的表面组织、较高的硬度及心部韧性。根据该工艺的研究现状,指出相关数据的匮乏和有待进一步研究的问题。
Mechanism and strengthens and weaknesses of interrupted quenching in nitrate bath of carburized gear were introduced .Effects of three principal factors as fallows , water content , agitation and nitrate bath temperature on nitrate bath cooling characteristics , distortion and structure properties of carburized gear were elaborated and analyzed .Combined with the layered characteristics of carburized gear , by optimizing nitrate bath quenching process parameters , nitrate bath interrupted quenching technique can effectively control gear distortion and get a better surface structure , hardness and core toughness .Moreover, according to the research status of the process , the lack of relevant data and the importance of further research work were pointed out .
