摘要
以高强度X100管线钢为研究对象,通过热模拟试验机Gleeble-1500对其进行单道次压缩试验,测得X100管线钢的应力-应变曲线,研究了应变速率、变形温度等热变形参数对X100管线钢变形抗力和组织性能的影响。试验结果表明,选择合适的应变速率和变形温度,可以得到细小均匀组织。与传统管线钢相比,X100管线钢显微组织主要为粒状贝氏体,且更为细小,具有更高的强度和韧性。合适的变形温度为1000℃,变形速率为5 s-1。
Single pass compression experiment was carried out on high strength X100 pipeline steel by Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation testing machine,stress-strain curves of the X100 pipeline steel were obtained,and effects of hot deformation parameters such as strain rate and deformation temperature on the deformation resistance and microstructure of the X100 pipeline steel were investigated.The experimental results show that choosing appropriate strain rate and deformation temperature,can get a fine and uniform microstructure.Compared with the traditional pipeline steel,microstructure of the X100 pipeline steel is mainly composed of fine granular bainite,that has higher strength and toughness.In the deformation process,proper deformation temperature of 1000 ℃ and deformation rate of 5 s-1 are selected.
