建筑用复合钢板的焊接工艺及焊后组织与性能 被引量:12

Welding process of composite plate for construction and its welded microstructure and properties

摘要 采用钨极氩弧焊(TIG)和焊条电弧焊(SMAW)对建筑用2205/16MnR复合板材进行了焊接处理,研究了3种焊接工艺下焊接接头的力学性能与显微组织。结果表明,3种焊接工艺焊接接头的外观成形性和界面结合性都较为良好,在焊缝中没有发现气孔、夹杂等缺陷,焊条电弧焊焊接接头的抗拉强度和断后伸长率高于氩弧焊接头;覆层2205钢侧焊接接头母材组织为铁素体+奥氏体,热影响区铁素体量为50.5%~58.6%;基层16MnR合金钢侧母材组织为珠光体+铁素体,焊接接头热影响区铁素体含量为42%~54%。 2205/16MnR composite plate was prepared by tungsten inert gas arc welding(TIG) and shielded metal arc welding(SMAW), and microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joints were investigated under three welding processes. The results show that the three welding processes, the formability appearance and interface binding of the welded joints are relatively good, and there are no pores, inclusions and other defects found in weld seam, the tensile strength and elongation of SMAW welded joints are higher than that of TIG welded joints. The matrix microstructure of 2205 steel side welded joints is ferrite and austenitic, and the heat affected zone contains ferrite as 50. 5%-58. 6%. The matrix microstructure of 16MnR alloy side welded joints is pearlite and ferrite, and the heat affected zone contains ferrite as 42%-54%.
