摘要 莱钢特钢事业部新区轧钢系统冷装35CrMnSiA大规格连铸圆坯开坯轧制时出现鸟巢开裂现象,严重影响生产效率及产品质量。为解决该缺陷,进行了现场跟踪、原因分析、理论探讨和加热工艺调整,最终优化35CrMnSiA大规格连铸圆坯冷装加热工艺。降低铸坯的加热速度,延长铸坯在预热段停留时间,通过计算,500mm、650mm冷坯加热时间分别确定为7.5和9h以上,消除了冷装轧制时的鸟巢开裂缺陷。 In the rolling process of the cold charged 35 CrMnSiA large round billet in Laigang special steel division,the billets cracked just like the birds nest,which seriously affected the production efficiency and product quality.In order to solve the defect,survey was did in the rolling mill,the reason was analyzed,the theory was discussed and the heating process was adjusted,and finally the heating process of the large round billets was optimized.the speed of billet reheating was reduced,the residence time of the slab in the preheating zone was extended;through calculating,the heating time of500mm,650mm cold billet was determined to be more than 7.5and 9hrespectively,and the nest cracking defects of cold rolling equipment was eliminated.
