摘要
针对大尺寸42Cr Mo钢轴类件的淬火冷却存在油淬性能低于要求,水淬易产生开裂的问题,本研究将水-空交替控时淬火冷却技术和配套的设备,成功应用于直径510 mm、长度9500 mm的42Cr Mo钢轴类件的淬火冷却。结果表明,采用水-空交替控时淬火冷却工艺与设备处理工件的硬化层深度达30 mm,近表面基本上为马氏体组织,并且表面硬度偏差为±1.4 HRC,零件均匀性得到提高。
For quenching of 42 Cr Mo steel shaft in a large dimension,the presence of oil quenching below the required performance and easy to produce water quenching cracking problem,water-air alternately control time quenching technologies and appropriate equipment were successfully applied quenching of 42 Cr Mo steel shaft in diameter 510 mm and length 9500 mm. The results show that by using the water-air alternately control time quenching process and equipment the hardened layer depth of the part is 30 mm,in near surface is a basic martensite is,and the deviation of the surface hardness is ± 1. 4 HRC,parts uniformity is improved.
