摘要
一般微扰法在测量粉末状材料介电常数时,需要破坏样品将材料制成杆状或圆柱状等标准形状,同时只能在单点频率下测量,具有很大的局限性。针对上述问题,提出了一种改进的测量方法——多模谐振微扰法。该方法是在微扰法基础上的改进,适合宽频无损测量粉末状材料的介电常数。对多模谐振微扰法的测量原理、系统和方法进行了较为详细的描述,通过仿真和实验得到了相应的结果并进行了误差分析,验证了该方法的合理性和有效性。
Generally when measuring the complex permittivity of powdered material by perturbation method,it is necessary to destruct the sample material to make it into standard shapes such as rod- shape or cylinder. Moreover by this way,it can only be measured at a single point frequency with significant limitations. Aiming at these problems,we propose an improved measuring method-the multi- mode resonant perturbation method. This method is improved on the basis of perturbation method,but suitable for non- destructive and broadband measurement of powdered material's complex permittivity. In this article,we make a detailed description of the measurement principle,system and method. Finally through simulation and experiment we analyze the relative error and verify the reasonableness and effectiveness of the improved method.
