高等学校教学学术的价值意蕴及其制度建构 被引量:19

The Value Implication and System Establishment of Scholarship of Teaching in the University

摘要 教学是大学的本体性原初功能,提高人才培养质量是高等学校的永恒主题。高校教学学术既是高校回归教学研究的基本要求,也是高校彰显育人为本的内在需要,更是高校形成寓教于研的机制保障和提高教学质量的核心路径,但目前面临诸多困境。高校教学学术制度建构的实质是要推进教学学术的制度化,即通过确立高校教师学术自由制度,保障教师享有高度的教学与研究自由;重构高校基层学术组织制度,实现教学学术共同体的多渠道融通;改造高校教学学术评价制度,建立适合教学学术评价的新机制;加大教师教学学术中心建设,持续提升教师教学学术专业发展能力等。 Teaching is the basic function of the university,whose eternal theme is to improve the quality of talents' cultivation.Scholarship of teaching is not only the basic requirements of teaching and research regression,but also the inherent need of cultivation orientation.However,there are some realistic problems for scholarship of teaching.The essence of constructing the system of scholarship of teaching,is to promote institutionalization of scholarship of teaching,establishing the system of academic freedom and ensuring faculty's freedom of teaching and research;is to reconstruct the bottom-level academic organizational system of the university,realizing the multi-channel facility of the academic community of teaching;is to transform the evaluation system,building the new academic evaluation mechanism;is to promote the construction of faculty development center,enhancing the faculty's professional development sustainably.
