平行层理方向钻孔有效半径测试研究

摘要 为优化抽放效果、提高抽采效率,在理论分析的基础上,探索煤层钻孔瓦斯压力和瓦斯流量变化关系,得到钻孔平行层理方向瓦斯压力分布图,提出预测抽采钻孔有效影响半径的方法。以上社煤矿实际情况为例,先进行瓦斯抽采半径的压降测定,为避免多个测压孔之间相互影响,仅打一抽放孔和一测试孔,并用流量法对有效半径进行验证。 In order to optimize the drainage effect and improve the efficiency of extraction,on the basis of theoretical analysis,explored the change of gas pressure and gas flow rate in drilling coal seam and got gas pressure distribution for direction of parallel bedding. Based on this,the method of predicting effective drainage radius was presented. Combined with the coal seam of Shangshe coal mine,measurement of gas drainage radius was conducted basing on pressure drop method. To avoid mutual influence between multiple pressure hole,only play a drainage hole and a test hole and the effective drainage radius was tested by gas flow changing.
