摘要
通过底板比压测试,得出了义络公司34061工作面底板允许比压并对底板进行分类;分别利用拱—拱组合力学模型、椭球体放矿理论和岩石自重法计算支架工作阻力;根据工作面的围岩条件对液压支架主要结构应具备的特点进行分析,得出架型、底座、顶梁以及配置防倒防滑装置的具体要求;在对综放液压支架对比分析的基础上,选取适应地质条件的综放液压支架,实践表明:ZF5500/16/28型液压支架能满足义烙公司综放开采的需要。
Through the floor pressure test,obtain the floor's limited pressure of Yiluo company's No.34061 coal seam and the floor is classified; computing the support's resistance use of arch-arch portfolio mechanical model,ellipsoid ore theory and rock weight method; analysis the support's major characteristics according to the conditions of surrounding rock and get the demands of the support base,roof beams,anti-topple and antiskid devices; On the basis of comparative analysis of supports and select one that can adapt to the conditions. The practice shows that ZF5500 /16 /28 type of support can meet the needs of Yiluo company's full-mechanized coal mining.
