摘要
传统TBS在使用中又存在着处理粒度范围窄、入料浓度要求较高、可控参数少、对于难选煤的处理效果差等问题,通过增加倾斜管,采用脉动水流与干扰沉降相结合,底部增加旋流分选的措施,达到增强其适应性,改善处理效果的目的。
In application process,TBS are many problems like a narrow particle size range,a high feed concentrations,less controllable parameters and a poor treatment effect on hard coal. We solve the problems and have a good effect by using tipping tube,a combination of interference settlement and pulsating flow,increase at the bottom of the cyclone separation.
