极近距离煤层联合开采同采工作面合理错距研究 被引量:8

摘要 近水平、缓倾斜近距离煤层组常采用下行式,对下煤层的巷道维护和回采有利。为保障某矿上下煤层工作面安全协调生产,需确定下层煤工作面回采的滞后距离,通过矿山压力理论分析,结合FLAC3D数值模拟和现场矿压观测确定上下煤层工作面合理错距在32~60 m。按照此错距回采,下层煤工作面在上煤层工作面超前支承压力的影响范围之外,不仅能够保证下煤层顶板的完整性,上层煤工作面又可以避开下层煤顶板采动影响。 The producing method of downward type is often used for nearly horizontal and gently inclined close distance coal seam group, which is benefit for maintaining and stoping of the following coal seam mining. To guarantee the safety and coordination of production of upper and lower coal seam working face in mine, we need to decide the stoping lag distance of the lower coal seam working face,through theoretical analysis of ground pressure, combining with the pressure of FLAC3 Dnumerical simulation and field observation, the rational staggered distance in determining the upper and lower coal seam working face is 32~60 m. According to this dislocation of mining, the lower layer seam coal face abutment pressure has little influnce on the upper coal seam working face, this can not only guarantee the integrity of the roof, also steer clear of the lower coal seam roof in top coal working face mining.
