煤结构差异对润湿型抑尘剂降尘效果的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为探究煤结构对润湿型抑尘剂降尘效果的影响,选用7个典型变质程度煤种的煤尘为研究对象,并选用4种煤矿常用润湿型抑尘剂,利用表面张力实验确定抑尘剂溶液浓度;此外,采用核磁共振(NMR)实验获得煤结构表征参数—芳香度fa′,根据现场降尘效果试验,将芳香度与降尘效率做相关性分析,得到如下结论:降尘率随着煤阶升高而不断降低;在使用抑尘剂对中低变质程度煤尘进行喷雾降尘时,受煤质影响较小,降尘效果好坏主要取决于降尘剂的选取,而当对高变质程度的煤尘进行喷雾降尘时,此时煤的疏水性很强,降尘效果差的原因主要在于煤自身的结构。 Study on influence on dust control effect of wetting dust-depressor caused by coal structure differences. 7 typical metamorphic grade coal dust and 4 kinds of commonly used wetting dust-depressor were selected for the study. Dust-depressor solution concentration was determined by surface tension experiment. In addition, using nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) obtained coal characterization parameters-aromaticity fa′. Based on field dust suppression experiment, correlation between aromaticity and dust suppression efficiency was done. Get the conclusion as follows: dust suppression rate has been reduced as coal rank increasing; when dust-depressors were used for dust suppression by spraying in low-to-medium rank coal dust, dust suppression efficiency mainly depended on dust-depressors not coal rank; when dust-depressors were used for dust suppression by spraying in high rank coal dust,dust suppression efficiency get poor because of strong hydrophobicity due to coal structure.
