摘要
通过对高寒地区永冻层低阶长焰煤特点的研究分析,确定了以重介质旋流器为主选设备的分选工艺。首次提出了"旋流解离分选+离心分选"的新概念,有效解决高寒地区高灰、高水、矸石易泥化低阶长焰煤难以分选的难题。
Through research and analysis of the low-level long-flame coal feature in alpine permafrost regions, the article determine the sorting process of heavy medium cyclone as sorting equipment, first proposed the new concept of 'swirl dissociation sorting + centrifugal separation', and effectively sole the puzzle of alpine region high ash, high water, rock easy mudding low-level long-flame coal difficulty sorting.
