摘要
花山煤矿4236综采工作面在过F4斜交断层时出现大面积的片帮冒顶现象,导致无法安全生产。本工作面以电视成像仪、FLAC3D模型分析为依据,通过采用顶板、煤壁联锁技术、巴斯夫注浆技术、楼层支护法等一系列特殊的治理技术,成功地治理了大面积片帮冒顶,并顺利通过断层。
The 4236 full-mechanized mining face of Huashan coal has appeared large area coal slide and roof fall when across F4 inclined fault, lead to production safety. The working face is based on television imaging instrument, FLAC3 Dmodel analysis, through the use of a series of special treatment technology, such as roof, coal wall interlocking technology, BASF grouting technology, floor supporting construction ect, and the successful management of large area coal slide and roof fall and the smooth through inclined fault.
