摘要
针对瓦斯与煤自燃灾害呈现复合化的现状,在分析瓦斯与煤自燃复合灾害多场叠加演化机理的基础上,提出了场作用防治技术,并依据层次分析法(AHP)构建了层次分析模型,优选出以三相泡沫、高采出率开采、惰性气体以及瓦斯抽采为主的复合灾害场作用综合防治技术体系。应用该技术体系,指导了矿井复合灾害的防治,确保了支架后部CO体积分数≤10×10-6,上隅角瓦斯体积分数<0.5%,回风流中瓦斯体积分数<0.2%。
In view of the composite gas and coal spontaneous combustion hazards present situation,based on the analysis of the composite gas and coal spontaneous combustion disaster superposition of several evolution mechanism,on the basis of field control technology was proposed.And based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),analytic hierarchy model is constructed and optimized,in three-phase foam,high extraction rate of mining,inert gas,and the principle of the gas extraction compound disaster field technical system of comprehensive prevention and treatment.Application of the technology system to guide the mine compound disaster prevention and control,to ensure that the bracket at the back of the CO volume fraction is less than 10 ×10-6,the gas volume fraction less than 0.5% in upper corner,and the gas volume fraction in the return current is less than 0.2%.
