Measurement and Application of Main Frequency Conversion Ventilator Performance

摘要 以义安煤矿变频风机静压-风量实测数据为基础,运用通风能量方程及比例定律,得出不同工况下井下风网静压-风量之间的关系,对比分析风机理论工况点与实际工况点误差,结果表明得到的井下风网阻力-风机风量曲线运用可靠,可解决变频风机无法测定所有频率的性能曲线,风机设计短路风门与实际风网等积孔不匹配,风机房水柱计示数与风机装置静压测点示数差值较大等问题,为矿方按工况调整风机运行状态提供理论依据。 The main ventilator performance is tested taking the main ventilator in Yi′ an coal mine as example with continuing process considering the field condition using short-circuit way.The relationship between the actual ventilation resistance and air volume is studied according to the test data using energy equation and proportion principle.Through comparing the random error between the theory working condition and the actual working condition,the above method is verified to solve the hard to test the performance under all frequency,bad match degree between the designed short circuit damper and the actual equivalent conductance of ventilation net,a big difference between the ventilator static value and the water-column gauge value in the monitor room correctly and be applied to guide the Yi′an coal mine to adjust the working condition.
