Research and Application of Deep High Stress Coal Roadway Control Technology

摘要 为了研究深部高应力煤巷围岩的失稳破坏机理,以千秋煤矿为工程背景,针对巷道围岩变形特征,通过现场调查及地质力学参数测定等手段对失稳破坏原因进行了研究分析,并由此提出了高强预应力锚网索→喷浆封闭→注浆加固→高强度钢支架分级强化支护技术。数据模拟及应用表明,该支护技术能够减少巷道围岩变形,对控制煤巷围岩稳定性具有良好效果。 In order to force coal roadway surrounding rock failure mechanism research on deep high stress, in Qianqiu coal mine as engineering background, for roadway deformation characteristics,through on-site surveys and geomechanical parameters measured by means of the reasons for the instability and failure were studied and analyzed, and thus made of high strength prestressed anchor net shotcrete closed grouting reinforcement high strength steel strengthening support bracket classification techniques. Data modeling and application shows that the supporting technologies to reduce roadway deformation of surrounding rock stability control with good results.
