氮素形态对马铃薯块茎形成的影响及机理 被引量:8

摘要 马铃薯的经济器官是块茎,其形成过程及生理调节机理一直是植物生理和农学领域的研究热点。本文就马铃薯块茎形成的机制的研究进展进行了归纳总结。研究发现,光周期、温度、p H、介质蔗糖浓度、土壤紧实度、氮素供应量等多种环境因素影响或诱导马铃薯块茎的形成,而且这些环境因素主要通过调节植物内源激素的代谢进而影响马铃薯块茎的形成。一些研究还发现氮素形态对马铃薯块茎形成也有影响,但其机制尚未明确,根据其他环境因素影响马铃薯块茎形成的研究进展,推测激素可能介导了氮素形态对块茎形成的调控作用。因此开展氮素形态对马铃薯块茎形成机制的研究非常必要,研究结果将为指导马铃薯的养分管理、专用肥的开发奠定理论基础。 Tuber is the economic organ of potato, therefore, its formation and mechanism has been a hot research topic in plant physiology and agronomy. The progress on the mechanism of potato tuber formation is briefly reviewed in this paper. So far, photoperiod, temperature, p H, medium sucrose concentration, soil compaction, nitrogen supply have been found to affect or induce potato tuber initiation, and these environmental factors act through regulating plant endogenous hormone metabolism. The available literatures also show that nitrogen form has influences on the formation of potato tubers, but its mechanism is not yet clear. From the mechanisms of other environmental factors affecting formation of potato tubers, it is speculated that the plant hormone may mediate the relation of nitrogen forms and tuber formation. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a research to test the hypothesis. The results provide the theoretical basis for potato nutrient management and guiding the potato-specific fertilizer development.
