济南市石灰性菜地土壤和蔬菜重金属含量特征及健康风险评价 被引量:12

Concentration Characteristic and Health Risk Assessment of Heavy Metal in Calcareous Vegetable Fields in Jinan

摘要 通过对济南市石灰性菜地土壤和蔬菜样品中Pb、Cd、Cr、Cu和Zn含量的调查,研究了蔬菜和土壤重金属含量状况、富集特征及其健康风险。结果表明,石灰性菜地土壤Pb、Cd、Cu和Zn平均含量均高于相应的济南市土壤背景值,与我国《土壤环境质量标准》中的Ⅱ级标准比,石灰性菜地土壤中Cd含量超标1.93倍,表现为以Cd为主的重金属污染。与《食品中污染物限量》等标准比,叶菜类、根茎类和瓜果类蔬菜中Pb、Cr和Cd有不同程度的超标。蔬菜中重金属富集系数大小为:Zn>Pb>Cu>Cd>Cr,黄瓜对5种重金属的富集系数最小。济南市石灰性菜地种植的蔬菜中重金属的风险系数(HQ)都小于1.0。成人摄食蔬菜产生的风险指数(HI)大于1,儿童摄食蔬菜产生的风险指数小于1,表明当地成人健康受危害的可能性大,儿童摄食蔬菜尚处于安全状态。 Vegetable and soil samples were collected from the calcareous vegetable fields in Jinan, Shandong Province.Concentrations, accumulation characteristics and health risk assessment of heavy metals were analyzed. The results indicated that the concentrations of Pb, Cd, Cu and Zn were significantly higher than that of background values,respectively, and the contentration of Cd was 2.93 times of China Environmental Quality Standard for Soils(GB15618-1995, Grade Ⅱ). The pollution characteristic in soils was mainly by Cd. The concentrations of Pb, Cr and Cd in leaf vegetables, root vegetables and fruit vegetables were higher than the Maximum Levels of Contaminants in Foods(GB 2762-2005), respectively. The order of bioconcentration factors(BCF) of heavy metals in vegetables was: Zn>Pb > Cu > Cd > Cr. Cucumber had the lowest bioconcentration factor of heavy metals. Hazard quotient(HQ) of all heavy metals in the vegetables planted in the calcareous vegetable fields was lower than 1.0. Hazard index(HI) for an adult was higher than 1.0, suggesting that consumption of contaminated vegetables would lead to the high chronic risk for an adult. Hazard index for a child was lower than 1.0, suggesting that consumption of contaminated vegetables would be safe for child.
