摘要
通过共混法制备了聚丙烯酸酯/SiO2(PA/SiO2)杂化乳液,在成膜过程中添加醇类共溶剂,驱使杂化乳液在成膜过程发生溶胶-凝胶反应;研究了醇类共溶剂种类对涂层性能的影响。结果显示,选用异丙醇作共溶剂时,交联度从65%提高到88%,而硬度从0.71提高到0.86,涂膜的综合性能最佳。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、扫描电镜和原子力显微镜表征涂层表面结构时,发现功能聚合物与硅溶胶间发生溶胶-凝胶反应,并在涂层表面形成了聚合物-SiO2和Si-O-Si交联骨架,使得SiO2颗粒均匀分布于涂层中,提高了杂化涂层的热稳定性。
Polyacrylate/SiO2 hybrid emulsions were prepared by directly mixing method. Sol-gel reactions were induced by addition of alcohol solvent during film-formation. The effects of alcohol solvent categories on the properties of hybrid films were studied. The results indicate that the hybrid films display better properties with addition of isopropanol,and the crosslinking degree and hardness are increased up to 88% and 0. 86,respectively. The surface structure of hybrid films were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),scanning electron microscope(SEM) and atomic force microscope(AFM). It is found that the sol-gel reactions between colloidal silica and functionalized polyacrylate are carried out to build polymer-SiO2 and Si- O- Si crosslinking networks on the surface and the thermal stability is improved.
