摘要
采用烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(APEO)为原料制备了大分子单体羧酸盐封端聚氧乙烯醚(APEC)并与小分子单体丙烯酸(AA)聚合生成聚合物阻垢剂AA/APEC。通过静态阻垢实验确定了聚合反应单体最佳质量比为m(APEC)∶m(AA)=1∶4,合成的阻垢剂AA/APEC在20 mg/L时阻碳酸钙垢率为91.2%,与有磷阻垢剂PBTC阻碳酸钙垢性能相当,但优于市场其他阻垢剂阻碳酸钙能力,且聚合物AA/APEC只含碳、氢、氧、钠元素,无氮、磷污染,可以充当循环水用环保型阻碳酸钙垢阻垢剂。扫描电镜和透射电镜研究表明:羧基是影响聚合物AA/APEC阻止碳酸钙垢形成的主要因素,而乙烯氧基的亲水性则是阻止碳酸钙垢沉积的主要原因。
Macromonomers carboxylate-capped poly(ethylene oxide) ether(APEC) was synthesized based on allyl polyethylene glycol sole ether(APEO),and their carboxylic acid type copolymer acrylic acid/carboxylate-capped poly(ethylene oxide) ether(AA/APEC) which can be used as antiscalants was prepared from monomer AA. The performance of their copolymers on calcium carbonate inhibition was evaluated by the static scale-inhibiting method. The results indicate that,when the mass ratio of APEC to AA is 1∶ 4,copolymer AA/APEC has the best ability to inhibit precipitation of calcium carbonate. It is also shown that copolymer AA/APEC has superior ability to inhibit precipitation of calcium carbonate when the dosage is 20 mg/L,approximately showing the calcium carbonate inhibition of 91. 2%. While compared to other commercial inhibitors,AA/APEC,like inhibitor PBTC,has superior ability to control calcium-carbonate deposit. Furthermore,the synthesized AA/APEC in this thesis belongs to an environment friendly antiscalant,only containing four elements of carbon(C),hydrogen(H),oxygen(O),sodium(Na),and is non-phosphorous(P)and nitrogen(N) free. AA/APEC is an excellent non-phosphorus inhibitor for calcium carbonate scale in the industrial circulating water systems. Both scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) images indicate that it is principal factor that carboxyl groups affect copolymer AA/APEC to prevent formation of calcium carbonate scale,and it is an important reason that hydrophilic interaction of ethylnenoxy controls deposition of calcium carbonate scale.
