摘要
脂肪族聚碳酸酯是一类重要的可降解高分子,在生物医用领域有着广泛的应用。聚碳酸酯的功能化可以赋予其特定的性能以满足在不同应用领域的要求。如引入特定的功能基团以调节亲疏水性、改善生物相容性、赋予其生物活性等。文中综述了近年来生物可降解脂肪族聚碳酸酯的研究进展,着重介绍了功能化脂肪族聚碳酸酯的分类、合成方法及性能。
Aliphatic polycarbonates are an important class of biodegradable polymers with wide applications in biomedical fields. Functionalization of polycarbonates can provide favorable properties to satisfy the specific requirements of particular applications. For example,through incorporation of different functional groups,polycarbonates with adjustable hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity,improved biocompatibility and particular bioactivities could be obtained. In this article,the recent advances in functionalization of biodegradable polycarbonates were reviewed,with emphasize on classification,synthesis and properties of functional aliphatic polycarbonates.
