摘要
1,3-双(2-噁唑啉基)苯(MPBO)是一种含有2个噁唑啉基团的线型扩链剂。采用双螺杆挤出机将废旧高抗冲聚苯乙烯(r-HIPS)与MPBO熔融共混制备扩链改性HIPS,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱、力学性能、熔体流动速率、凝胶渗透色谱、扫描电子显微镜等测试方法,研究了MPBO对r-HIPS结构与性能的影响。结果表明,r-HIPS与MPBO发生了开环反应,MPBO能提高r-HIPS的相对分子质量,改善r-HIPS的力学性能。当MPBO用量为1.3 phr时,缺口冲击强度从2.66 k J/m2提高到4.83 k J/m2,当MPBO含量为1.15 phr时,拉伸强度从25.4 MPa提高到27.8 MPa,断裂伸长率从26.66%提高到61.2%;随MPBO的增加,MFR先减小后增加;PB分散相和PS基体相相界面粘接力增加,分散相粒径变小,分布更加均匀。
2,2'-( 1,3-phenylene) bis( 2-oxazoline)( MPBO) is a kind of linear chain extender which contains two oxazoline groups. In this paper,modified high impact polystyrene( HIPS) was prepared via twin-screw extruder based on recycled HIPS( r-HIPS) and MPBO. The effect of MPBO on the structure and performance of r-HIPS were investigated through mechanical test,melt flow rate( MFR),GPC,FT-IR,SEM and so on. The results show that the ring-opening reaction between r-HIPS and MPBO occurs,and the reaction improves the molecular weight of the r-HIPS;the addition of MPBO improves the mechanical properties of r-HIPS,the notched impact strength increases from 2. 66 k J / m2 to 4. 83 k J / m2 with addition of 1. 3 phr MPBO,and the tensile strength and elongation at break increase from 25.4 MPa to 27. 8 MPa and 26. 66% to 61. 2%,respectively,with addition of 1. 15 phr MPBO; the MFR values decrease sharply and then gradually increase with the MPBO content increasing; and the interface bond between PB dispersed phase and PS matrix phase increases,the particle size of dispersed phase decreases,and the distribution becomes uniform.
