摘要
探索了聚芳硫醚砜(PASS)和聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)的共混比例对制得的平板膜结构和性能的影响。通过扫描电镜对复合分离膜进行结构分析,并用相关设备表征了平板膜的纯水通量、截留率、接触角、孔隙率和断裂强度。结果表明,实验制得了PASS/PVDF复合微滤膜,分离膜的孔径为400~800 nm,通量达到1300 L/(m2·h)。当PVDF的添加量为1%~3%时,获得的微滤膜的性能最好。
The effects of the blend ratio of poly( arylene sulfide sulfone)( PASS) and polyvinylidene fluoride( PVDF) on the structure and performance of the prepared flat membrane were examined. The morphology and structure of the membrane were observed by scanning electron microscopy,and some other equipments were also used to measure the membrane performance,such as pure water flux,rejection,porosity and strength. The results show that the resultant PASS / PVDF composite membranes could be used for microfiltration,and the pore size of these membranes is range from 400 nm to 800 nm,the maximum pure water flux could reach 1300 L /( m2·h). Membranes prepared from solution in which the concentration of PVDF is 1% ~ 3% have the best performance.
