摘要
随着现代高等教育思政工作的不断推进,需要培养一批又一批德才兼备的助理辅导员充实到思政工作队伍。认真分析目前高校运行助理辅导员工作的利弊,不断推动助理辅导员队伍建设,对切实加强高校思政工作,提高人才培养质量具有重要意义。
With the steady development of Ideological and political work in modern higher education, we need more and more assistant counselors who have both ability and political integrity to enrich our ideological and political work team. Careful analysis of the pros and cons of part-time counselor, and constantly promoting the construction of part-time counselor is meaningful to strengthen ideological and political work, and improve the quality of talent training.
