摘要
在英国大学的内部管理体系中,评议会的运行作为"民意"发起和表达的机构扮演着重要的学术和管理角色,由于它的组成成员大多是教授,研究英国的评议会的运行机制,也就间接体现着英国教授参与高校管理与决策中是如何发挥作用的,对我国大学的管理机制和教授参与治校具有借鉴作用。
In the UK university internal management system, the Council plays an important academic and management role as a 'public opinion' initiated and expression mechanism, because of its members are mostly professors, research on the operation mechanism of the British Council, and indirectly reflects the British professor involved in management and decision making to play the role, has reference function to our country university management mechanism and professor in school.
