摘要
健美操教师的教学评价能力是体现其综合教学能力的重要指标之一,主要包括对学生学习的评价能力,健美操教师的自我评价能力以及健美操裁判能力三个方面。本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等科研方法对苏州地区高职院校健美操教师的教学评价能力进行调查与分析,并对存在的问题提出一些建议与看法,力求为促进健美操运动在苏州地区高职院校的发展及对健美操教师后备人才综合能力的培养提供理论依据。
Aerobics teachers' teaching evaluation ability is one of the important indicators reflect the comprehensive teaching ability, mainly includes the evaluation of students' learning ability, aerobics teachers ability of self-evaluation and aerobics referees three aspects. This article through the literature material law, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and other scientific research in higher vocational colleges in Suzhou aerobics teachers' teaching evaluation ability of investigation and analysis, and puts forward some Suggestions and opinions to problems, makes every effort to promote the development of aerobics in higher vocational colleges in Suzhou area and the cultivation of the comprehensive ability of aerobics teachers back-up personnel to provide theoretical basis.
