摘要
旅游业在我国具有十分广阔的发展空间,其就业需求量相当可观。然而,高职院校旅游专业学生的就业状况却难以令人乐观。很多高职院校的旅游专业的招生出现了"低进入率",而该专业学生毕业后进入社会却出现了"高流失率"。这种不协调因素较多地涉及到旅游职业教育模式和教育教学的质量问题、学生自身就业观念的转变与职场能力问题以及旅游企业方面的社会保障和人才使用机制问题等。而针对课程标准和教学内容、实践教学、就业指导工作这三个方面开展高职院校旅游专业学生就业问题分析及对策探讨是当务之急也是收效显著的。
Tourism in our country has a very broad space for development, employment demand is very big. Tourism specialty in higher vocational colleges students' employment situation, however, is difficult to optimism. Many higher vocational colleges tourism professional admissions "low entry rate", while the students enter the society after graduation "high attrition rates". It mainly involves the quality problem of the tourism vocational education mode, the students' employment concept transformation and workplace problem, tourism enterprises in terms of social security and talent using mechanism, etc. And in view of the curriculum standard and teaching contents, practice teaching and employment guidance work these three aspects to carry out the tourism major in higher vocational colleges students' employment problem analysis and countermeasures is significant effectiveness is the top priority.
