摘要
我国各地的经济发展的严重不平衡及差异,已经严重阻碍着农村区域经济的协调健康发展,并且也成为中国经济发展的瓶颈。当前我国我国农村区域经济发展呈现区域之间发展极不平衡性、同一区域内部仍具有不协调性的特点,并且农村区域经济发展的模式也存在着明显的差异。中国农村区域经济发展中存在的主要问题是农村经济发展的总体水平偏低、农业产业化进程及结构调整难度大,同时地方财政有限,国家投入严重不足,导致农村城镇化进程速度缓慢,城乡一体化任务艰巨。要解决农村区域经济发展问题,应当坚持走城乡统筹发展道路,科学制定发展计划,加快农业现代化的进程,同时加快农村区域物流中心建设,发掘农村区域优势资源,积极打造农村特色经济。
The economic development of our country's serious imbalance, hinder the rural regional economy coordinated development, has become the bottleneck of China's economic development. The characteristics of the regional economic development in rural, regional development imbalances, inside still have the same area incongruity, there exist obvious differences in development mode. Existing in the development of China's rural regional economy the main problem is: the total level is low, agricultural industrialization and structural adjustment is difficult, local finance is limited, the national investment is insufficient, lead to rural urbanization speed is slow, difficult task of urban and rural integration. To solve the problem of rural regional economy development, should adhere to the road of urban and rural development as a whole, scientific development plan, accelerate the process of agricultural modernization, at the same time, the construction of regional logistics center discover rural area advantage resources, actively build rural characteristic economy.
