摘要
大学生的社会网络关系是影响其创业意愿形成的主要原因。对305名在校本科大学生的研究发现:强关系主要在情感和帮助上给予大学生正面的鼓励和支持,促进大学生创业意向的形成。在家庭和学校背景下形成的社会网络关系更有利于激发大学生的创业意向,尤其是父母、老师和同学的正面引导和帮助。因此,学校应重视创业教育,增强大学生通过弱关系和其他社会网络关系获取异质性信息和资源的能力。大学生自己要努力学习创业知识,拓展社会网络关系,积累创业资源,从而提升创业意向。
College students' social network relations are the main factors affecting their entrepreneurial intention. Results showed that strong relationship would give students positive encouragement and support mainly through emotion and help,which will promote the formation of college students' entrepreneurial intention. Social network in the family and school is more conducive to stimulate entrepreneurial intention of college students,especially when parents,teachers and classmates can provide positive guidance and help. Universities should pay more attention to entrepreneurship education,strengthen the abilities of students to gain heterogeneityinformation and resources through the weak relations and other social networks. College students should study entrepreneurship knowledge,expand their social network relation and accumulate entrepreneurship resources,so as to promote their entrepreneurial intention.
