摘要
为实现少数民族高等教育的平等权,我国自建国后就开始实施少数民族高等教育的优惠招生政策,主要是针对少数民族高等教育考生的高考降分政策、民族班与预科班政策、同等条件优先录取政策等。然而随着少数民族高等教育的发展,这些优惠政策也暴露出一些问题,因此我国应在坚持实施少数民族高等教育优惠政策的同时,不断完善与发展这些政策,促进各民族高等教育的实质平等。
In order to achieve the equal rights of ethnic minorities in higher education, our country started the implementation of preferential enrollment policy of ethnic higher education since the founding of the New China, mainly for minority policy of higher education that the policy of university entrance exam examinee drop points, the MinZuBan and prep school policy, same conditions preferential enrollment policy, etc. With the development of eth-nic higher education, however, these preferential policies also exposed some problem, therefore our country should adhere to the implementation of higher education of ethnic minorities preferential policies at the same time, develop-ing and perfecting the policy, promote the essence of the ethnic higher education equality.
