摘要
从高等教育大众化的基本框架入手,分析了高等教育大众化进程中MOOC的特点与定位,认为在这一阶段,MOOC应定位在大众教育、继续教育和终身教育,并面向地方、面向基层、面向少数民族和边远地区的办学方向。还探讨了在高等教育大众化阶段MOOC的质量评价观,强调"质"与"量"并重,进而提出了这一阶段MOOC质量保障六个方面的建议:学生参与、教学团体、审批环节、讨论平台的建设、技术支持、市场机制的引入。
From the view of mass higher education(popular higher education),the author overviewed the features and locations of MOOC in this developing process。This article considers that MOOC should orientate in the direction of three aspect,first,the mass higher education;second,continuing education and lifelong learning;third,open to the bottoms,grass-root groups,ghettoizes and remote areas.The article also discussed the quality assessment of MOOC,focusing on the balance between the quality and quantity.In the end,the author discovered the quality assurance suggestions in six dimensions:the student-engagement,the teaching team,the examination and approval group,the construction of discussion-forum,the support of technology,and the induction of market mechanism.
