摘要
为推动绿色建筑的地域化发展,以绿色建筑评价地方标准为研究对象,借助专家问卷调查及层次分析法,重点研究特定地区的地域特征对绿色建筑评价标准中评价要点的影响,从而构建绿色建筑评价标准的地域性研究框架。研究结果表明,在绿色建筑评价地方标准及其所在地的地域特征的综合作用后,地方标准评价要点产生了地域性修正权重。研究强化了绿色建筑评价标准的地域针对性,以期引导绿色建筑的本土化发展。
In order to promote the development of regional green building,this paper makes a study on the regional evaluation standard for green building.By means of expert investigation and analytic hierarchy process,it figures out the influences of regional characteristics of particular region on the green building evaluation standards,so as to set up the framework for its regional research.The results prove that the regional amended weight could be created under the comprehensive effects between the regional evaluation standard of green building and its local characteristics.This research strengthens the regional pertinence of evaluation standards for green building,so as to guide the local development of green building in China.
