摘要
桥梁后期的监测与维护加固工作受到的影响较多,例如车流量大,荷载变化大,这对桥梁健康监测数据的处理与分析造成了较大的影响。目前大部分情况下,在进行桥梁监测与加固维护的过程中,需要实行交通管制来避免车流量和荷载变化带来的不利影响。自动化监测技术通过安装在监测对象上的自动监测设备,实时不间断地采集监测数据。本文基于某大型桥梁施工加固监测项目,利用自动化监测技术,实现了桥梁施工全过程的应力及挠度变化自动化实时监测。为了验证监测成果的可靠性,本文采用趋势法对比分析了理论值与实测值之间的差异,分析表明本文的自动化监测系统可靠稳定,对掌握桥梁健康状况,保证桥梁结构施工安全具有重要作用,同时实现了无需中断交通的施工监测目的。
The bridge monitoring and maintenance of reinforcement work is affected by the late more,such as traffic,the load change is big,the bridge health monitoring data processing and analysis of caused great influence. At present most of the cases,the bridge monitoring and maintenance of process,implement traffic control is required to avoid traffic and the negative influence of load change. Automatic monitoring technology through installed on the monitoring objects of automatic monitoring equipment,real-time continuous monitoring data. This article is based on a certain reinforcing monitoring of large bridge construction project,using automatic monitoring technology,realize the stress and deflection of the bridge construction process automation real-time monitoring. In order to verify the reliability of the monitoring results,in this paper,by using trend analysis of the differences between the theoretical value and the measured values analysis show that this automatic monitoring system is reliable,stable,to master the bridge health status,ensure the safety of bridge structure construction plays an important role,and achieved without interrupting traffic construction monitoring purposes.
