基于nanoPAN5375的矿用无线测距系统研究 被引量:2

摘要 煤矿采掘工作面掘进进尺控制、人员定位、机车防撞击都需要精确测距。目前激光测距技术应用很成熟,精度也非常高,但是在煤矿大粉尘及巷道弯曲等复杂环境中实用性不大。为了更方便地精确测距,根据煤矿实际设计并制作了基于nanoPAN5375的本安型矿用无线测距系统。系统由监控分站、测距基站、测距标签及配套电源组成,测距由主机和从机完成,主机将测距结果就地显示,同时以4-20mA信号传送给监控分站供监控系统使用。测距算法采用标定晶振频率漂移系数后的SDS-TWR。测试表明,系统测距平均误差0.39m,能够满足煤矿多数场合的应用。 Coal mining needs precise distance measurement. Such as the penetration control of mining working face,personnel orientation,and the warning of locomotive anti- collision spacing. Currently laser ranging technology is mature,accuracy is very high,but in a large coal mine dust and other complex curved roadway environment is not practical. In order to facilitate the precise range,based on the actual design and production of coal mine nanoPAN5375 based mining intrinsically safe radio ranging system. System consists of monitoring sub- stations,ranging base,ranging labels and supporting power composition,ranging from the master and slave,the host will place ranging results show that while the 4- 20 mA signal sent to the monitoring and control station for monitoring system use. Ranging algorithm crystal frequency drift calibration after SDS- TWR. Tests show that the system average error ranging 0. 39 m,to meet the majority of occasions coal mine application.
