摘要
随着油田开发深入,油水井出现了大量的套损问题,导致油水井停产。针对上述问题,研制了一种采用井口对接方式的长井段套管补贴技术,该技术利用液压提供动力,采用金属密封胀头配合补贴管进行套管破损位置的修复。与其他技术相比,具有成本低,工艺实施简单可靠,悬挂力大,密封耐压和耐温高等优点。该工具有效解决了油水井生产中后期所产生的套损问题,并在现场应用中取得了很好的应用效果。随着热采水平井技术的不断推广应用,该项技术有着广阔的应用前景。
With the further of oil field development,oil well casing damage there has been a lot of problems,leading to shut down oil wells.In response to these problems,we developed a wellhead casing subsidies docking Nagai segments technology,which provides the use of hydraulic power,the use of the head with a metal seal expansion sleeve subsidies tube repair damage location.Compared with other technologies,low cost,simple and reliable process to implement the suspension force,the sealing pressure and temperature advantages.The tool is an effective solution to the problem of oil wells,casing damage arising from post-production,and applications in the field made a very good application effect.With the popularization and application of horizontal well thermal recovery technology,the technology has broad application prospects.
