摘要
本文针对本科教育存在重理论,轻实践的问题,提出"渐进式应用型人才培养体系"。该体系由"基础知识训练、基础技能训练、应用技能训练、灵活应用知识、生产演习、工作"六个环节构成。渐进式应用型人才培养体系现已在三江学院02级电子科学与技术专业学生中试用成功,并已推广到电子信息工程、通信技术等专业的教育教学中。据统计接受过该系统教育与培养的学生,对于操作能力、人际关系处理能力、观察力等方面的提高起到一定的应用作用。
This paper discusses the new"gradual training system for technical person- nel"and its role in tackling the imbalance between theory and practice in undergraduate teaching.The system consists of six parts,such as basic knowledge learning,basic skill training,applied skill training.Its application in Class 2002 of Electronic Science and Technology Department has proven successful.A survey shows that students who are trained in this system have better practical ability and adapt to work more easily.
