摘要
泥浆泵是钻井工程中的重要设备,实时掌握其工作状况对钻井工程的正常进行非常重要。本文通过测取3NB1300C泥浆泵正常工况和一些故障工况下的振动信号,对动力端轴承共振解调后的时域信号进行了频域分析,得到了有价值的检测部件振动规律、一般特征以及故障特征。
Mud pump is one of the important equipments in the drilling engineering.Smooth drilling necessitates the real-time awareness of the condition of the pump.Based on the vibration signals tested on the 3NB1300C mud pump in the normal working conditions and some common faults working conditions,the demodulated-resonance signals of the bearing in the power side of the pump are analyzed in frequency domain.After the analysis,the tested assemblies’ vibration characteristics,the normal and fault features are obtained.
