数值解法在燃烧室出口燃气温度计算中的应用

摘要 为了求解燃气温度,利用双变量迭代法和赫夫法求解根据物质守恒、化学平衡、压力和能量守恒方程建立的非线性方程组,通过算例验证了2种数值解法求解化学平衡成分和温度的计算结果基本一致,在燃烧室出口温度场试验中,2种数值解法都能很好地满足测试需求,但双变量迭代法的计算收敛更快。试验结果表明:燃气分析的温度计算结果与热电偶的测温结果沿着燃烧室周向变化的趋势基本一致,燃气分析计算的温度基本大于热电偶测试结果。 In order to solve the gas temperature,the two-variable iteration method and the Huff method were used to solve the nonlinear equations based on the conservation of matter,chemical equilibrium,pressure and energy conservation equations. The calculation results of chemical equilibrium composition and temperature obtained by two numerical methods were basically consistent with each other. In the test of combustor outlet temperature field,the two numerical methods could meet the test requirements well,but the calculation convergence of the two-variable iterative method was faster. The test results show that the temperature calculated by gas analysis are basically consistent with those thermocouple of measured with along the circumferential direction of combustor and the temperature calculated by gas analysis is basically larger than the test results of thermocouple.
