摘要
遵循光生物反应器设计的普适原则试制了 1L容积的新型玻璃螺旋管式光生物反应器 ,设计了玻璃螺旋管内嵌日光灯的光照单元。光生物反应器培养和室外同体积培养的对比试验结果表明 ,在培养末期 ,小型螺旋管式光生物反应器的藻细胞生物量比对照高出 5 0mg/L ;β -胡萝卜素产量高出 10mg/L。光生物反应器培养在生物量和 β -胡萝卜素累积量上均优于室外自然条件下的培养。
Following the principles of photobioreactor (PBR), a novel small helix_tube PBR was designed with the volume of 1 L. When the collated trials were carried out between the PBR and natural conditions with the same volume, it shows that in the late of the cultivation the designed reactor has 50 mg/L more biomass than the outdoors cultivation and 10 mg/L more β_carotene output. Besides, the reactor' surface area was high to 62m _1 , which was much more than 10m _1 of the open pond natural cultivation conditions.
