摘要
针对苯酚羟基化反应产物 (羟化液 )中水含量高 ,直接蒸馏脱水能耗高和物料热敏损失大的问题 ,对二元酚的热敏性进行了实验研究 ,并用异丙醚做萃取溶剂对模拟羟化液组成的含酚水溶液进行了萃取可行性实验研究 。
Aiming at problems of higher water-content in phenol hydroxylation mixture, higher evaporation energy consumption and larger amount of pyrocatechol loss, large amount of thermal-stability experiments and possibility research with DIPE as extraction solvent to aqueous phenolic solution have been done. Using extraction technique the dehydration process of dihydroxybenzenes was suggested to optimize the separation process.
