摘要 惯性器件制造技术是导弹与航天运载器制造技术中的重要组成部分。其中有些关键技术项目,例如精密加工与超精密加工技术、构件变形及其稳定处理技术、轴承制造技术、挠性元件制造技术、平衡技术以及装配与测试自动化技术等,都是当前国内外惯性器件制造技术领域中的重大研究课题。文章对这些关键项目的现状、存在问题和解决途径进行了论述,综合地反映了国内外惯性器件制造技术的部分概貌。 Manufacturing technology for inertial components is an important part of the manufacturing technology for missiles and space vehicles. The manufacturing subject ——inertial component, is an electromechanical instrument with high-precision, which manufacturing technology is of great difficulty. Some key technical items, such as precision and super precision machining technology, structural member deformation and its stabilizing technology, bearing manufacturing technology, flexure component manufacturing technology, balancing technology, automation technology of assembling and testing, and so on, are the important topics in the domain of today's manufacturing technology for inertial components both at home and abroad. The present situation, existing problems and the methods of solving these key problems are expounded in this paper, and a general picture of the manufacturing technology for inertial components both at home and abroad is described.
