摘要
提出了彩色母盘刻录系统中一种基于单片机和复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)技术的激光读写控制方法。以CPLD为核心构成控制电路分别控制650、532和405nm的3种激光器驱动电路,单片机通过CPLD并行或独立地调节每个激光器读写功率和写入时间。实验结果表明,激光器的输出功率连续可调,写入频率达10MHz,写入脉宽最大为5s。
A read-write method based on microcomputer and CPLD technique for chromatic mastering system was described. There are three parts in the experimental system: microcomputer for man-machine communication, CPLDs for sequential process as hardcore, driver element for three different lasers whose wavelengths are 650 nm, 532 nm and 405 nm in charge of laser modulation. CPLDs receive control datum from CPU for a sequential operation, and then modulate read-write power and time of lasers through drivers individually. It is shown experimentally that output power is continuously adjustable from 0.1 mW to specified power, writing frequency up to 10 MHz and pulse width from 0.1 μs to 5 s. The approach has been applied in chromatic mastering experiment system.
