摘要
催化元件在矿井CH4检测中起重要作用,其性能直接影响到检测的质量。零点漂移影响到甲烷检测的可靠性,给连续检测仪器的校正带来了不便。从催化元件的结构、热敏材料和催化剂的制备出发,结合催化元件工作过程的传热和传质分析,研究和测试了催化元件的工作性能。分析并总结了催化元件产生零点漂移的原因,并提出了解决的对策。
Catalytic sensor is played an important role in checking CH_4 consistency in mine. The quality of checking CH_4 consistency is depended on the high quality catalytic sensor. The zero shift affects the reliability of checking CH_4 consistency, and causes inconvenient for correcting the instrument. Working properties of catalytic sensor are studied and tested,which combined the structure, thermal material, preparation method of catalytic sensor, the course of thermal transfer and matter transfer.Reasons for producing zero shift of catalytic sensor are given and the solving countermeaure is put forward.
