摘要
在对设备进行状态监测时,常采用传感器固定阈值检测法实现对设备的故障监测。为了克服该种方法所引起的信息损失问题,基于模糊集系统理论,提出一种应用多传感器模糊数据融合的融合监测方法,将监测设备的多个传感器所获取的信息模糊化,再将其融合,从而获取设备精确的状态估计。实验表明:该方法优于传统的设备故障监测方法。
The method of sensor threshold is often adopted to realize the equipment fault monitoring. In order to overcome the information loss caused by this method, based on the fuzzy set theory, a kind of fusion monitoring method is proposed by using of multi-sensor fuzzy data fusion. The fuzzy status messages obtained by multi-sensors are integrated by this fusion monitoring method, so that the precise state estimation of equipment can be gotten. The experiment shows that this fusion monitoring method is better than the traditional fault monitoring method.
