摘要
欧洲空间展望(ESDP)是为促进欧盟的地区平衡与可持续发展、进一步推进欧盟的一体化进程而制定的。文章首先分析了欧盟的空间发展形势和目标,并进一步分析了共同体政策的空间影响及其与ESDP的关系。在此基础上,介绍了ESDP的主要内容和实施途径,并对我国规划工作提出了借鉴。
The aim of European Spatial DevelopmentPerspective(ESDP)is to work towards a balancedand sustainable development of the territory of theEuropean Union, and to realize closer Europeanintegration. This paper analyzes spatial situation ofEU, introduces underlying objects of ESDP, discussesinfluence of Community Policies on the territory ofEU, and sets out the relation between CommunityPolicies and ESDP. On the basis of describing themain contents and implementation of ESDP, thispaper gives advice to planning in China.
