摘要
目的 对应用血液分析仪检测的中国人群成人静脉血中血小板及血小板平均体积(MPV)进行调查分析 ,为中国人群成人的参考范围的建立奠定基础。方法 对我国 15个城市 (哈尔滨、长春、北京、天津、兰州、西安、南京、苏州、上海、成都、武汉、重庆、福州、昆明、广州 )医院 ,使用不同型号血液分析仪 (SF 30 0 0、STKS、SE 90 0 0、K 4 5 0 0、ADVIA12 0、HYCELL PLUS、SE 95 0 0 ) ,检测各地 174 9例 (其中男 92 7例 ,女 82 2例 ,年龄在 18～ 6 0岁 )正常人群静脉血血小板、MPV ,并通过严格的质量控制措施以保证检测结果的准确性。结果 血小板计数 ,男中位数为 188× 10 9/L ,范围在 85～ 30 3× 10 9/L ;女中位数为 2 0 6× 10 9/L ,范围在 10 1～ 32 0× 10 9/L。MPV的检测值受仪器、试剂、样本采集方式的影响。结论 各地血小板的参考范围基本一致 ,但存在一定的差异 ,有
Objective To Investigate Chinese platelet parameter in vein blood for establishing the reference range of platelet in vein blood. Method In 15 provinces and cities(Ha'erbing, Changchun, Beijing, Tianjing, Lanzhou, Xi′an, Nanjing, Suzhou, Shanghai, Chengdu, Wuhan, Chongqing, Fuzhou, Kunming, Guangzhou), the vein blood platelet, MPV in normal health people( n =1 749, 927 males, 822 females) were examined by use of the different automated haematology analyzer (SF 3000、STKS、SE 9000、K 4500、ADVIA120、HYCELL PLUS、SE 9500) followed by strict quality control. Result The reference range of platelet of male was 188×10 9/L (85～303×10 9/L),and that of female was 206×10 9/L (101～320×10 9/L). The results of MPV were affected by the instruments, reagents and the way of sample collecting. Conclusion There was a little discrepancy in reference range of platelet in different district. The platelet was low apparently in four districts.
